Commonwealth Affiliates is seeking licensed mental health professionals, including PsyD, PhD, LPC, and LCSW clinicians, as well as board-certified psychiatrists (MD or DO) to join our multidisciplinary private practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Our practice is uniquely designed to allow for flexibility to maintain a healthy work/life balance and offers competitive compensation rates on a fee-for-service basis. Our clinicians work as independent contractors, dictating their schedules entirely. No required minimum hours, in-office days, or caseload number. This flexibility allows you to practice how you want, which we believe minimizes burnout and increases life satisfaction.
