COVID-19 Procedures
This is an update to our website regarding our procedures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have decided to only see clients remotely through telehealth video calls or to speak with our clients on telephone calls. We began this practice on March 19, 2020 in order to ensure that clients would not be exposed to possible carriers of COVID-19. We want to ensure the safety of all clients, staff, their families and friends. We are using Doxy.me for telehealth services. Doxy.me is HIPAA compliant and no information is retained regarding the calls.
If you need to set up an appointment, please call the office number and the office staff will schedule an appointment. You will be given instructions on how to set up telehealth or telephone calls.
Our physical office will remain closed until further notice, in accordance with Governor Wolf’s orders. In the meantime, we will do our utmost to provide you with our best service during these unprecedented times.
